What are you delivery turnaround times and days?

We are a small business operating our own warehousing and deliveries from our warehouse in Moolap Vic. We aim to provide the most efficient and regular service we can, however our deliver times may vary depending on demand and logistical constraints. A guise to our delivery days are:

MELBOURNE METRO AND GEELONG – Deliveries Tuesday-Friday (orders must be received by 12noon day prior. 24 hour turnaround not guaranteed).
BENDIGO & BALLARAT– Fortnightly deliveries (more frequently by request)
WARRNAMBOOL AND STH WEST COAST - Tuesdays and Fridays if order received by 12 noon on day prior

Our delivery fees are incorporated into our pricing so there are no surprise fees.

What are your delivery times?

We typically deliver between 10am and 6pm Tuesday to Friday. If you have specific delivery requirements please advise us in your order request, we require a minimum 3 hour delivery window. While we cannot guaranteed we make meet your specific needs, we will do our very best.

What are your payment terms?

Orders can be made with credit card payments on our online ordering portal. There are no additional fees for credit card payments.

We also offer 14 days credit accounts to approved customers. Note however that our payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise arranged. Unfortunately any overdue accounts may be placed on credit hold until suitable payment arrangements have been made.

Is your beer stored cold?

Yes! All our beers are cold stored at our warehouse in Moolap Vic. This is important to ensure they are kept in the freshest condition possible.

Are your breweries all independently owned?

Yes absolutely! Our breweries are all 100% independently owned. We believe strongly in supporting small batch, independent brewers. Our aim is to become the number one choice  distributor of Australian independent beer.
